At Nutrabloom LLC, we are committed to ensuring the quality of every product we ship. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • The product received is damaged during shipment, and

  • The damage is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged product.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@nutrabloomllc.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged product with its original invoice.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than shipping damage.

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

  • Product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
