Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

The product received is damaged during shipment, and

The damage is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

Clear photographs of the damaged product.

How to Request a Refund

Your order number.

Photos of the damaged product with its original invoice.

A brief description of the issue.
Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
Please Note:

Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than shipping damage.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

Product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
